These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.mychamberad.com (the “Site”), which is owned and operated by Chamber Marketing Partners, Inc. (“CMP,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

  1. Description of the Service

www.mychamberad.com hosts advertising landing pages for chamber of commerce and community publication projects managed by CMP and its clients.

The Site is used to:

  • Provide information about advertising opportunities
  • Collect advertising inquiries and lead information
  • Facilitate advertising payments or payment routing, depending on the publisher

Use of this Site does not create a binding advertising agreement unless and until a separate written agreement or insertion order is executed.

  1. Eligibility and Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you have the legal authority to act on behalf of the business you represent.

  1. Advertising Inquiries and No Guarantee

Submitting an inquiry, form, or payment through this Site:

  • Does not guarantee advertising placement
  • Does not reserve ad space
  • Does not create a contract

All advertising placements, pricing, deadlines, specifications, and publication details are governed by separate written agreements provided by CMP or the publishing client.

  1. Payments and Publisher Roles

Payment handling depends on who is publishing the publication:

When CMP Is the Publisher

Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers such as PayPal. CMP does not collect or store credit card or banking information.

When a Client Is the Publisher

When a chamber of commerce or other client is the publisher, payment information submitted through the Site is collected on behalf of that client using a secure, encrypted form and transmitted to the client so they can process payment through their own systems. CMP does not process or store full payment details in these cases.

  1. User Submissions and Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting inquiries, forms, or payment details.

CMP is not responsible for issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information.
